    Good idea and detailed enough to show me that Kundalini is not for me. Wonder why such a slim booklet was just under £20 while Kindle version virtually free.

    Although this is a thin book it gives you the basics of Kundalini yoga and the information that you need if you want to start practising. Very informative.
